Purpose: To direct and co-ordinate business process re-engineering within the department
Functions:
- Design, co-ordinate and lead implementation of BPR principles and systems in the department
- Benchmark on process and systems for improvement of service delivery
- Provide project management support of special projects linked to the turn around strategy of the department
- Develop and implement change management strategy
