Chief Directorate:   Hospital Management Services
Purpose:   Develop, monitor and evaluate the rendering of Health Services by hospital complexes, 
                     regional and specialized hospitals
Functions: 
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate the functioning of Complexes and Regional Hospitals in terms of clinical issues.
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate the functioning of Specialised Hospitals, in terms of clinical issues.
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate the rendering of medical services
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate the rendering of nursing services
  • Plan, monitor and co-ordinate the revitalisation programme
